A luxury chauffeur service needed their entire lead intake automated. We built a voice AI that collects trip details on a live call, generates a real-time quote, and fires an invoice — without a human involved at any point.
The Challenge
A luxury chauffeur service operating in Dallas and Los Angeles was running ads on social media but handling all lead intake manually. Every new inquiry required a staff member to call back, collect trip details — pickup location, destination, date, time, vehicle preference — calculate a quote based on those variables, and send an invoice. This created delays, inconsistency, and cost significant staff time on a repetitive process that could be automated.
What We Built
We designed and built a voice AI intake system using Assistable.ai connected to GoHighLevel automations and GHL V2 APIs.
When a new lead came in from social media or ads, the voice AI called them automatically. The AI conversation collected ten specific trip details — pickup location, drop-off, date, time, number of passengers, vehicle preference, and special requirements. Based on those inputs, the system calculated a live quote using dynamic pricing logic built into the GHL V2 API layer. If the lead agreed to the quote on the call, GHL automatically generated and sent an invoice via SMS. The same flow ran in parallel on the SMS channel for leads who preferred text.
Every conversation was logged to the contact record. Every invoice was tracked inside GHL. The entire process from new lead to quoted and invoiced ran without any human involvement.
