A Canadian consulting firm running Facebook ads across multiple provinces needed to qualify and book leads at scale. We built a voice AI system connected to state-based pipelines — fully automated, bilingual-ready.
The Challenge
Nexlearn Consultation was running Facebook ad campaigns across multiple provinces in Canada and states in the US — each with different campaigns for educational consulting and loan services. Leads were coming in from multiple geographies but qualification was manual, inconsistent, and slow. By the time a team member called back, many leads had already moved on. There was no pipeline structure to separate qualified from unqualified leads, and no system to handle the geographic differences between campaigns.
What We Built
We built the complete system end-to-end — website, ad infrastructure, pipeline architecture, and voice AI.
For the pipeline architecture, we created separate pipelines for each geographic region, reflecting the different campaigns running in each province and state. Leads were automatically tagged and routed to the correct pipeline based on their source campaign.
The voice AI system called every new lead automatically. The AI introduced the company, asked qualifying questions specific to their situation — educational goals, loan requirements, timeline, budget — and booked qualified leads directly into the GHL calendar. Leads that didn't qualify were routed to a separate follow-up pipeline. Every call outcome was logged automatically to the contact record.
The system ran simultaneously across Canada and the US from a single build, handling the volume from all campaigns without any manual intervention.
